Kennis Wiser Consulting was founded on a simple conviction: that institutions are best served by a small number of experienced advisors who do the work themselves, rather than a large team learning on the engagement. Every client is served by the people they meet in the first conversation.
We are deliberately sector-agnostic. The disciplines that separate a good strategy from a shelved one — clear thinking, honest evidence, and the patience to see a decision through to delivery — travel across industries. What we bring is method and judgement; what you bring is the deep knowledge of your own business. The work happens where those two meet.
We measure ourselves on a single question: is the institution more capable after we leave than it was before? If the answer is no, the engagement did not succeed, however polished the deliverable.
